These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AgendaMerge (the “Service”), developed and operated by GradientD, a sole proprietorship owned by Daniel James. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AgendaMerge is a calendar aggregation platform that allows users to view events from multiple calendar services — including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, and Apple iCloud Calendar — in one unified dashboard.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You are authorized to connect the accounts you use with the Service
- You agree to these Terms and all applicable laws
3. Use of Third-Party Accounts
You may connect third-party calendar accounts (Google, Microsoft, Apple) to AgendaMerge. You authorize us to access your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You retain full control over what accounts are connected and can revoke access at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access to any other user’s data
- Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or calendar provider terms
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to AgendaMerge for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, calendar accuracy, or compatibility with all devices or browsers.
7. Limitation of Liability
GradientD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including data loss or third-party service outages.
8. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or a notice within the Service.
